Description

RACO Sigma A/C Stop Leak will permanently stop leaks in condensers, connected hoses, evaporators, gaskets, and O-rings in systems that can hold 5 inches of vacuum for 25 minutes. Not recommended for systems losing more than 1 lb of freon per day or leaking compressors. 100% safe for all AC systems and will not damage recovery equipment port tubes. Directions: 1. Turn the silver coil valve fully clockwise. 2. Shake the can well. 3. Connect the delivery system to the can by screwing the red adapter on top of the can to puncture the protective membrane. 4. Start the vehicle and switch the AC to maximum cooling. 5. Connect the quick-connect fitting to the low-side service port. 6. Once the quick-connect clip is attached, check the gauge for an accurate pressure reading. Refer to the chart for the outdoor temperature vs. adequate system pressure. If the gauge reading shows low pressure, slowly turn the valve anticlockwise to release the product. 7. Hold the can upright and gently shake it every 5 seconds while charging the system. It should take 5 to 12 minutes for the can to be empty. 8. Check the gauge throughout the process to measure pressure. The gauge reading is only accurate when the compressor is running. Do not overcharge! If system pressure is still low, add more R134a.
